Meet the Father-Son Team, Michael and TaylorMichael Williams is both a Certified Public Accountant and an Attorney. He is available for consultations regarding Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Probate, Guardianships and Conservatorships, Elder Law, Business Law, Business Planning, Tax Planning and Tax Preparation for individuals, businesses, fiduciaries and trusts. With over 30 years of experience, Michael has a vast understanding of these different areas of Law and Tax and will be able to provide you a professional and personal experience.
Michael was raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Although a small town, he was recognized for his athletic ability in both baseball and football. He attended Coe College, where he received his bachelor’s degree in business. After graduation, Michael, with his deep passion for tax, attended St. Louis University Law School.
During this time, Michael worked at Ernst and Whinney as a Tax Senior, where he prepared and reviewed, business, fiduciary and individual tax returns. Part of his employment was an overseas assignment, where Michael traveled to Saudi Arabia to supervise staff preparing different types of tax returns.
After the birth of his son Taylor, who now works alongside him, he moved to Arizona where he continued advancing his knowledge and expertise in Law and Tax.
Michael is a member of the Arizona Bar Association, including the Tax, Elder Law and Probate Sections. He is also a member of the Arizona Society of CPA’s and the AICPA.
Michael has been a guest speaker at several organizations regarding tax and estate planning. He has written articles on the subject and has been interviewed by financial reporters on television. He takes great pride in client satisfaction and catering to the specific needs and concerns of his clients. Michael is dedicated to personal service, quality of work and reasonable fees. He has devoted his career to understanding each area of law and tax that he practices. Unlike other tax and law firms, Michael personally handles every part of your tax and legal issues.

Michael currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona since 1988, with his wife of 32 years. We have four children and five grandchildren.

Taylor Williams is a licensed attorney in Arizona and Illinois. He is available for consultations regarding Estate Planning, Estate Tax and Gift Issues, Probate Administration and Litigation, Trust Litigation, Elder Law, Guardianships and Conservatorships, Business Formation and Business Succession Planning.
Taylor was raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. He attended Notre Dame Preparatory High School where he excelled in football and baseball. Prior to attending Purdue University, Taylor worked at the New York Stock Exchange and for a private brokerage firm, Saratoga Capitol. Fueled by the New York speed of life, Taylor focused his Purdue education on Taxation and Financial Planning. His passion for Tax grew at Purdue such that it forced him to follow his father and become an attorney. Taylor’s focus in law school centered around Federal Income Tax, Estate and Gift Tax, Probate and Estate Planning and Elder Law.
During this time, Taylor worked for the Probate Lawyer’s Assistance Project, volunteered his time at Wills for Heroes and assisted Dyer & Ferris, LLC in many Trust and Probate litigation cases.

He has had several speaking engagements on topics such as “Estate Planning for the Young Family” and the “AB Trust Update”.
Taylor currently resides in Scottsdale with his wife and his three children.
